日前，山东省法制办公布了《山东省大气污染防治条例（草案第二次征求意见稿）》，其中，对于应急预案措施、约谈***人、超标排污处罚、渣土车运输、焚烧秸秆等方面作出细致规定。据悉，山东将对超标排污进行严厉处罚，***高罚款100万元。
